To enroll in the GIS Certificate Program, please fill out a program of study form. You may directly type the requested information into this form, and then print it, or save the PDF file and mail/email/bring it to a program director. Include any courses you have already taken, as well as the semester you plan to take others not yet completed.

As you near the completion of your GIS certificate coursework, please notify a program director. This notification must be at least one month prior to graduation, but please also let us know if you finish the requirements during a semester prior to your intended graduation date. Certificates will normally be awarded during the same semester that you graduate.
